*LES MILLS GRIT Series workouts are high-intensity interval training, designed to push you to complete fatigue.  Please consult your physician if you have any pre-existing conditions or if you are pregnant. To find out if you are in the right physical shape to participate, sign up for a fitness evaluation at the front desk.

*SURFSET workouts are performed on an unstable surface and involve physically challenging exercises.  Please consult your physician if you have any pre-existing conditions or if you are pregnant.  To find out if you are in the right physical shape to participate, sin up for a SurfSET introductory session at the front desk.
